Call for Participation
The Inter-American Society of Philosophy and the Colombian Society of Philosophy call the international community to the XVIII Inter-American Congress of Philosophy. The Congress will take place in Bogota, Colombia, from October 15 to 18, 2019.
After a long history that begins with the meeting held in Haiti in 1944, all those interested can participate as speakers, attendees or speakers at the plenary session. For presenting papers, registration opened on November 15 and will close on February 28, 2019.

The Congress has been held in different cities, among which are New York, Buenos Aires, Mexico D.F., and Lima. In previous editions, philosophers have addressed topics such as Philosophy in the Contemporary World, Knowledge, Virtue and Pluralism, and Tolerance.
